got banned for what someone else did

guys where do i go to talk to the people that ban everyone because i got banned for someone else using my game i got reported so many times when i got back on and had been band so is there anyone i can talk to?
they even put me on the hall of shame and i don't hack

I'm not sure if he let him/her use his account, cause he said someone. If could be some hacker... or something. But if he did, I'll have to agree with Mouzie.

You could submit a ticket, but most of the time Nexon won't listen to you

It's possible to get your account back but highly unlikely without strong proof. Check out that madkillerdog guy...His account got temporarily banned for using aimbot but it was someone else that was using his account. They saw that his account was logged in from another region/Ip and gave his account back with only a slap on the hand. 7 day suspension for account sharing. If you did share your account information with another person, that's your own fault.
