No. Wallhack is the ability to see through walls.
Chams is the ability to see people in abnormal colors (basically so they stick out and aimbots can target them easier).

Somehow wallhack and chams got formed together and just became chams, but its a combination.

chams: see bodys , there items and enemy team threw walls with normal colors or dark blue,red yellow and different sorts of shit only on PC as i know
Wallhack: can be used in COD games if u go right up against the wall u can see threw it and shoot people also wallhack is when u can walk threw walls
