Seems like all the videos of are only done by the player "Roing" meaning he probably made it himself. So doubt it will be found publicy on hacking forums unless it gets leaked.

Im not sure why he does this crap in raids though, why doesent he just solo?

More xp, more gold, and no chance of getting banned. Unless the hack requires large parties.

well obviously you cant just start capturing and editing packets with WPE
