Beginner tutorials are really just to teach you the different tools and what they look like. If you think you've learned everything you need to, then you can move up. Moderate tutorials are going to show you how to make a decent tag using the tools you learned previously without any in depth instructions.

Its alot better than your last, definitely making progress.

Honestly though i would suggest you read tutorials on the photoshop toolset, using tutorials which only teach you how to make a specific sig doesnt really teach you much and may lead to you only knowing that specific design. Just keep playing around and being creative and you will see your designs progress over time.
