You really can't get rid of it that quick, you can probably make it look better than it is today. Continue to clean your face, and use acne cream and shit.

acne sucks man, i got it too, if its real bad go see a dermatologist, they can either proscribe you some shit (cream or pills) or even have ur face sandblasted. But usually wat causes it on the forehead (had same problem) is actually the skater hair...once i got it cut cleared up, but then i broke my leg in the beginning of summer so it came back because i was in a full leg cast and couldnt shower as easily. lol

if you take those little circular pads and put vinegar on it
wash your face first then like rub your face with it and the vinegar will get in your pores and get a shitload of dirt that washing missed

Just go to a drug store and buy a product there that removes them, almost all of them work equally as good (atleast for me). If you have skin like mine you're gonna have to like change the product every once and a while. I guess my skin gets used to the product and it stops working. But proactive was probably the best one that I used. Make sure that you use every part of it like the stuff in the shower etc. It's all numbered so you can't get confused I also used skinlogics for a while but that was expensive I believe.

I have heard that if you put a fresh clean towel on your pillow every night it clears it up fast, but I just dont see how. But a ton of people will swear by it working so its worth a shot. Wont hurt it to try.
