Go buy an ipdo from like the 3rd generation or back. I still have an 8gb nano from the 2nd gen, and it was $50, and I have had it for years.

I have a 3rd generation 32 gigabyte iPod touch that I waiting 1 1/2 years to get. Get the 8 gigabyte, you will never come close to filling a 32 gigabyte iPod. I barely hav any apps anyway. And they can get boring eventually...
