no I don' t think like you. This game, css, is one of the better of its categorie. Graphics can beadjust by many ways: css options, windows options, graphic card options, etc...

sound ? I don' t find the sound s..cks !? but like graphic, I think we can adjust it by many ways.

spawn..? I don' t understand what you mean: do you mean that to start game at the spawn for 5s is too bad ? if it is, then you can change server...but for me it' s not a problem !

gameplay ? nooo, it is one of the best game I said, cause I thiink it is reaslistic,
sur if you begin to compare this game with others, for sure you will betters ones,

but why this game is one of the most played in the world ?

I think that you had a bad experience with this game, then you are angry but you have to know that this game is fully customable in all points.

So I respect your opinion, but you are very rare to think like that. Hope on day you will try it again, with more "patience", or ask help to make it cool

I get spawn killed every time, guns don't kill unless it's a head shot, and differentiating teammates from enemies is a constant struggle. I enjoy the game once in a while but as an only game, no, too many flaws for a greatly balanced game. It is more balanced than Call of Duty but spawns killed it for me. Just my opinion, take it or leave it.
