How do i create a chinese crossfire account

Just wondering how you create a chinese crossfire account because it's all changed now and on that tutorial post it sends you to a complete different link.
So if anyone can help me it'd be Majorly appreciated

To be honest I don't personally see the point, you will have around 300 ping anyway so

Swift , also i can't find the register page because on the tutorial it links you to a different account
