You have to convert it to a DDS first. Then after installing the plugin you can open it with photoshop.

i have do that but i cant open it
1)first i have download all the things
2)i search in steam/steamapps/common/black ops/main
3)i found the iwi past it in the original file openn tools iwi x dds
4)(past it in the new file)
5)from the original i have do the l9a61 and i have a dds file
6)now i want to open it with photo shop (cs5)
7) IT NOT WORKS !!!!

Did you install the DDS plugin? You cant use it without the plugin. Also, I have heard that 64-bit systems dont like to have this work, but apparently toob can, so if your system is 64 bit, ask him if he did anything different.

I found the solution (i'm on 7 64bits)
Install the plugin and open photoshop first (by clicking on photoshop icon)
Then open the .dds file in photoshop !
Works for me

thats cause your not converting the original file correctly or its an unknown file type to photoshop to recognise.
