Hi, can someone help me with making a login form in vb2010 ultimate that when you log in you have to have a acc on my site to unlock my program.

its a .webs site and its for any programs to be shared and downloaded but for security n just becouse purposes i would like to be able to put a login form on my programs that requires to to login with ure info from my site
