Religion was created 1000 or more years ago for a reason. People back in the day didn't know what to believe, and they needed something to believe in. So, Christianity said that God created the world, Egyptians said there were different gods and shit, etc.

You know that the universe is around 14,000,000,000 years old, so if something were more that 14,000,000,000 light years away, it would take 14,000,000,000 years for the light to reach us, which is more time that the Universe has existed. How do you think we know that? Science.

So we can't see how the Universe started, we can see (yes.. SEE, in current time, the universe growing. Looking anywhere is looking back in time.) back to the beginning stages, but not the very beginning.

i.e. Heard of Eagle Nebula? It's gone now, but we can still see it.

Yes, we expect scientists to prove that the world was created by a Big Bang, because of Atheists all around the world using this "Big Bang theory" as their weapon against religious believers.
Like I said, back in the day there was rarely any technology that they could use to find out about the "Big Bang" and how the world was created. People weren't satisfied with believing that the world was created by itself or it was already like this say 15 000 000 000 000 years ago?

1. They haven't heard it
2. It happened in a place where there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING (no dust, atoms, etc)
3. I'm using this as an example. The Big Bang happened 200 000 billion years ago. Why wouldn't it have occured 1 billion years after that? What could have triggered the Big Bang? There was no solar radiation, no cells, no atoms, no elements, no shit. Can scientists prove that the world was created by a BIG BANG? No, because it didn't happen.
