    How do i reformat my comp without the cd?

    I've lost my cd that reformats my computer is there anyway that i can reformat my computer w.o the cd? And there is no option to reformat my computer when i start my computer (with the bios settings or w.e its called) I really need to reformat my computer b.c rite now i have windows 7 and my computer came with win xp and i "upgraded it" and i need to reformat back to window xp
