Mine says missing .dll what do I do with the dll once I downloaded it!

Actually, the dx_.dll go in your system32 folder.
MS_.dll go into your CA Game folder.

You don't use them for mods.
You need it to play with or without mods.

You put it in C:\Windows\System32
