Its easy to do if you got good c++ skills and good D3D Skills. Then it may be easy. Your best friend would be DrawBox and the bool.

That menu is very simple. you create a class for Checkboxes and stuff.

My last class was base somewhat like this but it was better gui. Same slider and Checkbox.
