I live in America and I play Combat Arms NA. For some personal and very important reasons, I need to have access to Combat Arms EU as well.

I have tried IP Changers, Surfers, Hide My IP, Ghost Surfing, Hotspot Shield, and other programs with no success.

I think I have medium - moderate computer knowledge so I can follow up deep tutorials.

I have Dynamic IP (every time I turn on my router, I get a new IP)

Please dont ask me to google it cuz I already did and Im coming here because I didn't found anything that worked for me.
