alright, well I lost the last two numbers of the actual comp, i'll find it for you guys. My cousin's comp (the acer) has lost it's sound device. I redownloaded it for him on teamviewer, and then it tells me they aren't installed. So I searched his comp, and found his sound drives and updated, but even then it's not working. How can I fix his sound drive?
