Gigabyte MA790FXT-UD5P AM3 ATX motherboard. (Supports an AM3 socket processor, 4 ram slots, 2 VGA cards and shit)
AMD Phenom II X3 740 Black Edition2, clocking speed @ 3 gHz,
nVidia GeForce 9500 GT, 512mb memory,
250gigs of HDD,
Black gaming case I got from this website,
Windows XP,
17'' Screen.

My specs that I want:
Intel DX58SO motherboard,
An Intel i7 processor,
Force3D ATI HD 5870 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-E 2.0 Black Edition video card,
4x 2 gigs of ram,
W7,
3x250 gigs of HDD,
2x24'' screens,
and last but not least: a Thermaltake Armor Plus MX Middle Tower.

Trust me, 4gb is good for at least another year or two, 8gb is over kill. I have a Phenom II X4 970 BE running at 3.78ghz and a gtx 470 thats at stock settings for now. I can play whatever the fuck I want and get good FPS.

SSD's are terrible for gaming. Or pretty much any computer that yo want to keep over 6 months.

and ssds are more reliable than hdd, no moving arts, crash is unlikely

SSD's cells wear out very fast over time, whereas a standard HDD, will not. SSD's are good for OS boot drives, but unless you move temp folders and such over to a solid drive, then it will wear down too fast. SSD's do not like to be written to. Read time may be fast, but constantly moving/changing data on it is a good way to wear it down.

Play games and lag free even though mine doesn't lag.
Just that my CPU is taken up a lot.
