First thing that stuck out to me was the Largest of the eyes.
That needs to go, and I think you should just focus on keeping the shapes on the same lvl.
The Large eye doesn't blend color wise or texture wise in conjunction with your other shapes. I think you should get rid of it and work another vector element in there that would actually be complimentary to the piece.
