well he says the virus isnt letting him do anything except internet but it keeps switching the URL address to viagra, this is why you shouldnt trust microsoft cause they will always fk you up

Could you use safe mode to download and install Malewarebyres or Spybot S&D? I dunno because Ive always had good protection already installed. Ive had maybe 4 viruses, EVER.

If nothing works, you may be looking at a reformat.
