You came back from the dead and messaged me on MSN.
But for this, download yourself a copy of whatever OS you have right now (check torrent sites, I can even find some for you). Pop the disc in, and do a clean install. You don't necessarily have to format your drive, the installation will move everything from the old OS into a folder called Windows.old, so you can go through and pick out all the files you wanna keep then delete it.
