Ultimate Guide: How to NOT waste your NX.

Hey MPGH. I decided to make this guide because I was simply bored. Anywhoo, this is a simple guide with a important reason. How to spend NX on items that WILL NOT waste your NX (Prepaid or Credit)
This guide is not as long as my other one =D
On this guide, I will go through:
- I.Weapons (Support, pistols all that)
-II.Specialist Items/Specs
-III.Functions/Specials (EXP/GP Passes etc.)
-IV.Mercenaries
-V.Sales
-VI. Misc.Other, Cases, keys.


A bit of my background playing: I started about 3 after Combat Arms C.A began. My rank is higher than Captain and I use NX. I have been using NX since I started playing. And I have at least bought, every NX weapon ONCE. (Yeah, thats how lame I am.) Maybe not EVERY counterpart gun. But every Reticle, function, specialist weapon.

Introduction. Black Market and NX.

Black Market:
The Black Market is the shop that you use your NX on. There will be NO GP items to buy in the Black Market.

NX
NX is virtual money (Points) that you pay real money for. (Unless you use some sort of hack.) NX Will allow you to purchase special this that GP cannot let you buy.

REMEMBER: ONCE YOU SPEND YOUR NX ON ANY ITEM, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR NX BACK AFTER PURCHASE.

Nx Prices for Australia: (Only doing Australia because I don't know American Prices) PREPAID CARDS:

12$ AUD======10,000NX
30$AUD=======25,000NX

NX Prices Online: (NX Credit...)
10$=======10,000NX
5$========5,000NX
30$=======30,000NX

Difference between NX Credit and Prepaid:
Prepaid: You can gift people NX Items.
Credit: You cannot gift people things. Its like personal use =D

Part I. Spending NX on weapons.
If you choose to spend NX on weapons I would recommend that you buy permanent weapons. But the weapons I would recommend getting are:

AK-47M (Because of high power)
G363 Valkyrie (High power, built in scope)
Extra: Use No Recoil Hacks to kill of the recoil on these guns. (Optional.)
Of course you can buy the GP counterparts...
Nexon will always shoot out Sales, so take advantage of them. Sometimes items can get really cheap.

Specialist Items/Specialists.
Specialists:
A specialist is a type of mercenary that can use certain items that other mercs cannot. They also have a special look on them, and special unique status boosts.
Be weary, that specialists have boosts that cannot be changed, they cannot wear face, head, body gear.
There a four(4) Specialists: And their stat boosts: +Quick visual description to run your memory.

Codename Viper: Medium Vest, +15% Speed. +30% Sprint Stamina. (Some woman wearing a full black suit, has glasses and headset. Large b--bs.

Codename Scorpion: Heavy Vest, +10% Speed. +10% Damage protection. (This can be quite handy because he can sometimes survive shots from the L9) +40% Head Protection. (Looks like Viper, wearing full black suit. Wearing thick chest plate, has a belt on.)

Codename Hawk: Balanced Vest, +16% Speed +35% Headshot Protection.
Appearance: A middle-ish aged man wearing very formal clothing. Has a brute face, blue suit jacket with yellow piping. And Grey slacks.

Codename Raven: Light Vest, +18% Speed. +30% Sprint Stamina. She is very quick. Appearance: Blond haired woman, wearing black vest over chest, green belt and jet black pants.



Specialist Items are: (With small description) Plus a recommendation rank and advice.
Table: NR=Not Recommended M=Medium PWS=Paired with something MR= Moderately Recommended. HR=Highly Recommended

Medkit: Available at 2LT/I. Restores 30-70 HP? Rank: HR when playing games like Elmination Pro. Great in Fireteam.
500 NX - 1 Day
1,900 NX - 7 Days

3,900 NX - 30 Days

6,900 NX - 90 Days

Stamina Kit: Available at 2LT/I. Allows you to run without using any stamina for several seconds. Rank: Not Recommended. Seriously, this item is rubbish. Well, its O.K in games of Capture the Flag. But thats really it. Stamina Kit can slightly help you run away from the Super Spy...
Costs: Same as Medkit.

First Aid Kit: Available at 2LT/II. Allows you to place little medical box things that emit a green glow (to your team only) Any injured team mates walk into the green glow get healed. This item heals for 4-10 every few seconds. It can Critical heal for 60-100. Rare though.
Rank: HR. This item is great in all fireteams. Spy hunt. Elmination Pro. Highly recommended for all specialists.

7 Days - 9,500 GP
30 Days - 19,500 GP

M32 Grenade Launcher: Available at 1ST/I.
This weapon fires grenades that immediately explode on impact. It fires in a Parabola motion. (Meaning it fires in a perfect arc.) This weapon is great for sending enemies back. It has 6/6 Ammo. And it's reload is dyingly slow.
Rank: MR. Good for Quaratine and Elimination.

M32 Incendiary Bomb: Available at 1LT/V (High rank =O)
Basically, this weapon is like the M32, but instead of making explosions on impact, it will release a fire cloud. Like the fire grenade. It also has alot less ammo. 6/0
Rank: N.R. This weapon is a waste. It isn't really good at anything... The damage on this thing is ok, but it does not make up for how little ammo is has.
Works moderate on Cabin Fever.
Price: Same as M32 Stun, Auto Turret, M134 Minigun, Airstrike Twins.

M32 Stun Grenade: Available at Captain/II.
Same as the M32's. When the grenade his a surface, it will release a yellow cloud. Getting hit does roughly 30 Damage. And chocolate is nice.
If enemies walk into the yellow cloud, they will be slowed down significantly. (Like holding a Mk.48 and a Heavy vest) for several seconds. This weapon is amusing because even Infected/Super Spy get slowed down.
Rank: N.R. It's rubbish. Only good in Capture the flag. Still sucks. It's damage is pretty low, and the speed stopping doesn't help THAT much.

M134 Minigun: Available at 1LT/III.
It's slightly like the M134 Super Spy. This gun is incredible at sweeping up accolades and taking out a team very quickly. The only trouble is that it takes about 1.6 seconds to actually fire. So, in other words it works like this:
-You hold down fire.
-The gun will begin to rotate.
-The gun will then fire.

But when the gun fires, its spread will got OUT OF CONTROL. Seriously, this gun has the WORST F--KING RECOIL EVAR! The gun will shake terribly.
Use Norecoil Hacks =D It is hard to control this gun properly.
Rank: M.R Its a very meh gun. Though it is fun to use. It can get very, VERY fast points in Cabin Fever. And it is pretty good in small maps like Death Room. It can also sweep up Random Headshots with its recoil.
Costs: Same as M32 Stun, Auto yadda yadda.

Claymore: Available at 2Lt/III.
This weapon is like a mine. When your character takes it out, he will be holding the claymore. After placing it, he will pull out a detonator. When you click fire, (While holding the detonator, and the claymore is down,) the claymore will explode. Giving off white smoke and a unique sound.

The Claymore is VERY deadly, it has a VERY strong Killing Raidus, and a smaller damage radius. (Weird huh.) This weapon can injure yourself if you're to close. So becareful.
Also: The Claymore can be detonated no matter where you are.
Rank: R. It is pretty good. It is excellent at Quarantine, Elimination Pro, Elmination, Seize and Secure, Capture the Flag, Spy Hunt.

M93 Hornet: Available at 1ST LT.
Its like the mine, but it detonates as soon as someone walks close to it. Automatically. It can do some serious damage, but it takes a few moments for the bomb to actually go off.
Theres nothing much to say about this weapon, because its just like a mine.
You get 1/1 of these bombs.
You can outrun the explosion...
Rank: N.R. The explosion is a bit too slow. And it can be shot and destroyed if seen first. If you do buy this weapon, it is recommend it you put it at:

Atop of stairs.
In blind courners.

Costs: Same as Medkit.

Auto Turret: Available at Captain/I.
Self explanatory weapon. When you place it, (You only get one) a small little turret will pop out of it's box. It will stay still, and will fire automatically at enemies in sight. It's attack power is incredibly low. 14-9 dmg per shot. Low stopping power. But, it can make a excellent finisher on enemies on 30hp. Because it can fire quite quickly. It also makes a great diversion. This weapon makes the sound of a Minigun.

Rank: H.R This weapon is great in nearly ALL types of game. Very good in Elmination Pro when put in the right spot.

Cost: Same as M32. Minigun.

Satellite Scanner: Available at 2LT/V.
Ever heard of "Legit Chams"? "Sat Chams" This is what this item does. Basically, you pull it out, and hold fire. About 3 seconds later. ALL postions of enemies will be revealed for several seconds. Then, if you want to use it again,you must wait 90 seconds...

Rank: N.R Because of its long cooldown time. I would not recommend it. Even in Search and Destroy/Elmination Pro. Its cool down time isn't really worth the wait.

Flamethrower: 2LT/IV.
This weapon is pretty much like the RMS12. It fires... well... Fire. And damages health as well as Armour. It has 300/000 It has a good amount of ammo. Not too much to say about this weapon:::

Rank: H.R (Only for Cabin Fever/Black Lung...)
Seriously, in Cabin Fever, this can rack up some serious points. When theres a large stack of enemies. Cook them, and you'll get so much points that will be goodness.

Airstrike Designator- LGB/Napalm. (Pretty much the same item.)
Well. Chocolate.
This weapon sux. end of story.

Specials/Function
Specials are the:
Reticles
Change Name.
Change color name.
EXP/GP Passes
KDR Vision.

I will make this part quick...

Custom Reticle: Not recommended. This thing doesn't really help that much. Unless you're REALLY sick of the reticle you already have. But it's a waste.
Price: 1500 NX? I think. Theres 4 types of custom reticles.

Name Changer: 10,000 NX. All that to change your name? I don't think its really worth it. Unless, your reputation is seriously bad.. In the end, I don't think you should buy this unless its GOD DARN NECESSARY.

Color on your Name. 3000NX or something. Doesn't matter, it is still pretty much a waste of money. So what you have a color on your name? No one really gives a damn.

EXP/GP Passes.
There a three types:
20% GP and EXP Passes.
40% GP and EXP Passes
100% GP and EXP Passes.

Heres the thing:
20% EXP/GP Passes. 100 Uses= 800 NX
40% EXP/GP Passes. 50 Uses= 800 NX

Heres my opinion, the 40% Will get your EXP faster, so I would buy that one. There the same price so yeah.
I would not buy the GP Pass. Because I got alot of GP. xD



100% Only from Hisec Cases.



KDR/HP Vision: Once again, another useless gimmik of Nexon. For crying out loud, its pretty useless. You don't really need to see the HP/KDR of an enemy. A big waste of NX. Just fire at the enemy.

Part IV. Mercenaries.
These are the mercenaries: (NO SPECS) I will give them a rank out of ten (10) of worth:
Mei 7/10
Kamara 4/10
Hana 5/10
Baron 7/10
Deckland 5/10
Hauser 8/10 (Good tanker)
Rocco 3/10
Zadan 4/10

Unlike specialists, these guys can equip helms/Armour.

Part V. Sales

Ahhh Nexon, you and your sales. Seriously, take advantage over Nexon's sales. They can really cut down the Permanent prices. A PP-19MOD was on sale-permanent for only 12K NX. ACR Sand Fire was Permanent for only 9,000NX.
Anaconda Silver Permanent for 3.5K NX
M1911 MEU Knights for 3.5K NX.
People don't understand that when you buy a permanent, you DON'T have to buy is EVER again. Saves alot of money.

Sometimes Nexon have 99NX Sales. (Yeah, 99.)
But this normally only results in only 1 day items...
But its fun to use for a day =D But don't buy to many 99 NX Stuff. Alot of it can actually eat you're NX.

Part VI. Misc, Keys, Cases.

Cases:
Cases are like the lotto, when you open a case, it will give you a random item/weapon. Some items are rarer than others.

These are the lotto items:

GP Case- Hazard. Price: 1,000NX
GP Case- Regular. Price: 1,000 NX

1,000 GP (Very common)
2,000 GP
3,000 GP
4,000 GP
5,000 GP

500,000 GP
1,000,000 GP (Extremely rare)

You probably like: 1,000,000 GP?!? OMG! Thats heaps. No, you will never EVER get 1,000,000 GP prize. The highest I have ever got, and I bought 30. Was 25,000 GP Prize. Its rare you will get 1,000,000 GP.

GP Case- Regular
2,000 GP
3,000 GP
4,000 GP
5,000 GP

Not as much as the Hazard... But It's chances of giving you 5,000 GP is alot higher, I opened 4 Regulars and I got a streak of 4 5,000 GP wins.
Not bad.
But still, don't open these cases UNLESS you're REALLY low on GP.
Remember, you can get GP from playing games.

Black Hisec Cases/Black Hisec Keys.
Black Hisec Keys are pretty nice, when you open them, you will get a random prize. From GP/EXP 100% Passes, to a permanent Specialist.

I have opened 14x of them. And they were all EXP GP Passes. I earned alot of EXP/GP the following weeks.

Transport Locker:
1 Use - 3,500 NX
7 Uses - 24,500 NX

15 Uses - 52,000 NX

The transport locker is a waste of money, you get 2 Items. One is rare one is Premium. You can get them between 1-90 days.
I would not recommend them.

Kailika Case= CLOSED.

Supply Case= MYST-N
2,000 NX - 1 Crate
14,000 NX - 7 Crates

30,000 NX - 15 Crates

Personally, I have never had luck with these things. But you can try them if you want. I have opened a total of 6 and I've only got 1 day things. I can't really put a recommendation on them. I just get unlucky.
