No if you have a static IP address.

I see.I know that dynamic IP address means the IP keeps changing when you reboot your router,while static IP address stays the same.

But I'm not sure how to check whether mine is dynamic or static.I'm using a Aztech modem together with an Aztech router.So I went to the web manager of the router,and there were 3 connection types,either PPPoE,Dynamic IP,or Static IP.Mine has always been PPPoE.
