Lag in beginning

Hey every time i start AVA it lags and it shows the Rudolph hats and gloves thing and i cant press OK. When i manage to press OK (took me 20 min)its back to normal. Is there any way to fix this?

And try what Matrix/Flash said to you, and clean up your PC using CCleaner.

I get first game lag. But i don't lag this bad lol
The first game I play is always around 70 fps lower than normal then after a while it goes back up to 110
