    Unhappy how to remove foliage

Does anyone know the config commands that remove foliage (it is NOT r_gfxopt_dynamic_foliage) seen in the 2nd screenshot below:

    with foliage:

    without foliage:

you can do it with config commands but I can't find which one

I don't think it's really hacking. Apparently it can be done with command(s) from the cvar list and has existed since CoD2 but I'm not sure what cmd it is

I'm not at all interested in all the conjecture completely unrelated to the question I asked. I specifically asked if anyone knew the command. Does anyone know the command from the dvar list that achieves the results in the second screenshot posted above?

I seriously doubt that there is a command for removing foliage. It would be something way too obvious.

If I had to guess, its either a no foliage hack, or something like rivatuner was used. Something about tweaking nvidia's graphics, exploiting the way that it draws them if I am not mistaken.

Going through a dvardump I found:
    bg_foliagesnd_fastinterval "500"
    bg_foliagesnd_maxspeed "180"
    bg_foliagesnd_minspeed "40"
    bg_foliagesnd_resetinterval "500"
    bg_foliagesnd_slowinterval "1500"

But all those have to do with the sounds that you make when moving around. So long story short: There is no command to just turn off foliage that anyone knows of now, so you will probably need to use a tweaking program for your GFX card.

Its not the difficulty, its the sheer mass of files that have to be done individually. There is a shit ton of files to do, meaning to get one level clear of all the foliage, you may need to do anywhere from 20-100+ files.
