Combat arms not full screen

Does anyone know how to fix this? Every time I run combat arms there are now black boarders on each sides of the screen unless I change my resolution I Cant play in full screen.

First of all go to this website: What is my screen resolution
it should tell you your screen size,
On the top left there should be a gear,(on combat arms) click on resolutions and choose the appropriate screen size that matches your computer.

Do u have Windows 7?
I have Windows 7 and that is what my CA is like. i actually found it less laggy than when it was fullscreen

Nah it's actually your settings.
I played CA on my aunties laptop and it runs XP.
