Be very aggressive.
When someone in front of you, don't 'glance' at him. Automaticlly flick you mouse to move it toward him very fast. Like an aimbot.

NONONONO, stand in one spot and camp, then when someone starts shooting at you, wait 2 seconds as you take careful aim, then shoot. This is a time proven method that has worked for me.

Use chams so when he is coming around the corner start spraying. Then say in game chat that he sucks and has bad reflexes.
