Ca D/C in game

so, i got the hack to work thanks to subliminal, now i have been using it very sparcely trying not to get banned, but when i do use it in fireteam, CA crashes mid game, is it because of excsessive use? because i fly to the top of the map and knife the whole time, and have made it to round 16 on cabin without crashing, but then it crashed... just need some kind of idea of why it does this

i use devinjector, and chocolate v3.1
