Well I haven't seen it posted here but here we go.

You want to get you and a friend.

Get your friend to invite you to a theatre lobby

Your friend wants to switch the lobby from theatre to player match until you black screen.

Your friend waits in the theatre lobby.

You get a black screen and 2 error messages.

You want to press BB, go to local -> Systemlink then go to create a class and hover over any gold camo.

Tell your friend your ready and you're hovering over the camo. He will press B to back out and you will receive a message that says Game Lobby Closed etc.

You want to go to private match and create your classes ( toggle X for pro perks )

Start up the private match then back out and go play a game online.

If you cannot start a game press B once and press Xbox Live Again.

Get a kill, finish the game or rage.

Well with all modding there is a risk to get banned but it's slim to none. It's technically a glitch instead of a mod so if you do get banned you'd likely not get server banned.

Well the likelyhood of you getting permabanned is almost 0. The worst case scenario is you get reset/banned. But that's slim to none.

All someone has to do is report you.
They check the logs. If you go 1 - 50 in a matter of minutes, they're gonna ban you.

Treyarch doesn't put up with this shit.

I love Treyarch. Infinity Ward didn't do shit to prevent hackers/modders, and then completely dropped the game.

Modders
Users who have modified their hardware and have run hacked script or code. This includes modifying profile data to use illegal characters in a player’s name.

• Instant permaban. You will no longer be allowed to play the game online, and you will be reported to the console manufacturers.

Boosters
Users who organize to exploit the game for the explicit purpose of ranking up very quickly or to appear in a high position on the leaderboards.

• Minor offense: Temp ban, complete stats reset, leaderboard entries removed once
• Major offense: Temp ban, complete stats reset, permanent ban from appearing on the leaderboards
• Extreme or repeat offenses: Permaban from playing the game online

Glitchers
Users who go out of their way to exploit the game to grief other players. An example would be going outside of the map’s clearly defined playable boundary.

• Minor offense: Temp ban from playing the game online
• Major offense: Extended temp ban from playing the game online
• Extreme or repeat offenses: Permaban from playing the game online

Offensive emblem makers\
Users who create emblems that are sexually gratuitous or racially offensive.

• Minor offense: 2-week ban from using the emblem editor, emblem reset to default, emblem purchases wiped
• Major offense: Permanent ban from using the emblem editor

Yea they did.
I heard that this is un-patchable like 4 people said it on xbox yesterday
and ever one is doing it so i dont think treyarch will banned 30,000 people doing a glitch(Note that is a random ass number)
