Sigh, another steam authorization failed thread

Before you all scream out "TURN OF YA HACKS YOU IDIOT", i don't have any loaded!
I've spent weeks researching this lately, and many people have been associating it with hacking. well, i'm not hacking, and i'm getting this error very frequently.

Any possible solutions are greatly appreciated

i'm not banned, i googled my XUID, and there's no cheat report. i can play on some servers

Incident:
playing on "NXZT|Main" server.
exit, then join aIW|Pigophone's server. i get steam error
go back to NZXT's server. STEAM GODDAMN ERROR AGAIN. WTF?

Oh, you joined a staff server, cheated a little and then got an error? But there is no report in the closed section so you can't have been banned..

Perhaps you didn't inject a hack... there are hacks that dont require injection, if you dont already know

I have no client modifications, i've tried updating a billion times, and the error is still persistent
i'm running on the latest build and version
what more can i do?
