reload is serverside....and as for unlimited ammo, haven't seen that in a hack for ages, so it's probably patched too

Go to first link.
Download it.
Place it in

C:\windows\system32 << 32bit and 64bit pc
C:\windows\syswow64 << 64bit pc
And your combat arms folder
