Myself, I have 3 terrabytes. And another 15 on an external computer (it's used for movies, music and game storage).
the CPU is overclocked, and 8GB of graphix.. You don't even need that much...

Windows vista Chocolate v3.0 worked fine for me but the hacks wont work i cant even play it without hacks ... it says Game file corrrupted (When i have no hacks in) but it says Combat in arms has stopped working (with hacks in) when it loads up

I have 500GB @ 10000RPM. I take RPM> Space any day. I have a secondary hard drive anyway. My CPU is overclocked to 3.5GHz, and I have about 4GB of graphics. This is WAAAAAAAY more than enough to run CA.
