Ofc it would be slower to download. The download is being hosted in VN.
Use IDM or Orbit to make it 2x Faster.
Dont use chrome it hogs all your bandwith.
Try to use a stable version of mozilla.
Not really sure because i can download it in 1 hour

Another quick way is to get uTorrent 2.2 Stable and download the CF VN Torrent

Chrome > Firefox. In practically every aspect. As for the torrent part, do that with uTorrent Alpha
