if your a clan leader and youre cbl dirty
does your clan stay dirty after a name change?

Cbl Tracks players by Names they don't seem to notice if another Rank Major turns up out of nowhere they just add it on as another person

Actually it does, it warn players that this account just have a name change. Your account will be 'new' but your status on the old name will not change.
