If only Germany didn't try to invade DURING THE WINTER.

They might have actually fucked USSR

Actually, they invaded the USSR during the summer and got well into the fall, problem is that during the fall the grounds in the USSR become swampy and so that slowed the Germans down. The Germans was hoping to take one of USSR main cities: Leningrad, Stalingrad, or Moscow. If Nazi Germany would do that, they would make a trench line and wait for March to invade again.
