The point with BB Guns is that they look real, too real.
This one doesn't look real = legal. (Also legal in the Netherlands)

You don't get it

1. A BB Gun is only illegal because it looks real, not because of it's power or w/e. (A Policeman could identify it as a real Gun, and then he could shoot you if he feels threathened. Happened quite a few times already)

2. A BB Gun is made out of Plastic, you can't turn it into a real Weapon that could kill people. It's completely safe.

And this one doesn't look real, which makes it legal.
