I need help because im trying to rank up faster and i need the best way to do it any tips and which game modes are the best to get the most exp because im tired of noobs always kicking me out of prison break games because my rank is lower but yet i score more then them and im a pro at it

Let's clarify things a little.
IF you're pro with weapons: Demolition
IF you're pro with meele weapon: Soccer
IF you are average: Escort, and try to repair/destroy as much as possible

As you say that you are pro, you should do demolition.
