its a 100% real hack its not visual even in the slightest

the way it was made was through Class files...if you look at the comments on the video

i knew god mode would come back. There is a health boost option in the class files from other Lithtech Jupiter games for if you kill someone, u get a health boost bonus.

if you have the weapons class files, i'm pretty sure you can make unlimited ammo easily, although i'm no coder and wouldn't know for sure

That's only visual. Anyways, mmbob confirmed that it's just rapid fire + unlimited ammo using medkits.
