okay I'm home sick today and I got on Combat Arms and every game I go into there is at least one person that looks like this:

And to add that I was not hacking at all! I didn't even load any hacks I just started up the game normal.
So I have come to the conclusion that it is only Hacker! Because the picture of the bitch above me was aimboting her ass off. Or it is a Nexon fluke and they fucked up on Updating their Female Based Characters.

ive seens it on male base characters as well, its probably just lag but if u dont know already its what happens in spy hunt when you grab an intel, only others can see it to the player everything is normal.

Every now and then, you will see someone who is frozen in the running stance and floating around, same thing is going on in the screenshot you posted, just a different stance.
