    Laptop is fucked

    Yoooo. I need help >< .
    I have HP laptop with windows vista home premium .
    I am not able to recover windows, every time i start my laptop a blue screen after windows logo appears .
    I tried F11 recovery option but after LOADING WINDOWS FILE empty blue screen appeared and then nothing happed i also tried everying to recover.
    - tried to run in SAFE MODE but again blue screen .
    - tried every thing but every time empty blue screen appears.
    Need urgent assistance please.

    PS: I dont have recovery disk.
    and btw Should i get my friends Windows 7 Ulitmate and install it? Maybe that would work? I got Vista home premium 32bit atm

    They should be able to wipe it in the computer store. Borrowing a start up disk from your friend should do the trick too.
