Could anyone provide a detailed explanation of what im supposed to do with these files?

u need to download them all... and put them all in the same folder. Takes the 1st one and extract it

I find my "alternative" games on demonoid, some are simple to install, others... not so much, depends

The files are just split archives.
Open them with winRAR or 7-zip, they'll extract.

The .nfo is pointless, don't bother with it.
