10th lobby

Hi guys, im still a noob at modding. So i came up with a question.
When i host a mod in private match everything is working well, exept the instant lvl 70 'infection' this is simply not working. Also the unlock all titles and emblems 'infection doesnt work. Is there a way that i can host a 10th lobby for me and my friends in a private match on alterIWnet??

BTW,, I used the mods Osorienisv2, 10th lobby of craig, mossyv7 and some others.

Use a normal level hack if you want to change your level.. I think mods like that are blocked from working..
