I live in Toronto, Canada and i really need to get out of here, i've been grounded for 6 months for being just a normal teenager.... My parents are so strict i'm literally going insane!!! And they won't believe me, just think i'm bitching.... I need to get out asap but idk is it legal??

It's legal but where would you go ._. you'd have to plan this if your legit thinking about this. I suggest going to a friend's house where there parents are cool with everything.. Or since you can drive get a job save up for an apartment?

To get out of the house and leave the family you need the follow to be remotely successful here you go see if you can get this all together >

You need a car that runs pretty good to get you to and from work. Finish HS since no one in their right mind will hire a HS student full time. So finish HS first. Then use that used car to get yourself a job full time. At min. wage your looking at about $800. per month take home pay after taxes. Sounds like alot but follow me here - this is what you need to have with the amount of income.....

Rent cheap apt $400. per month. You will need a deposit for the place everyone has to pay a deposit that is usually the same amount the rent is. So now you need $800. to move in.

You need to start up your electric, cable/internet, all your utilities. You will need some deposits - you have to pay deposits since you have never had service before!! So now you need about $500. in deposit money to "start up" your water, elec. etc. Now your into this with $1,300.00.

Now for each month after you move in your looking at your Rent, Utiliites, Food, Car Gas about $1,100 more dollars each month. But you only make around $800. So as you can see your gonna be really short in cash.

You don't have any furniture or "stuff" for the kitchen nothing. So you need start now acquiring household items so you won't be moving into an empty place. You have nothing to eat off of, nothing to sit on, nothing.

So see the planning this takes just for you to move out. It's not as easy as ' I am sick of my house here and I want to move into my own place'. It takes alot of planning and money to move out. Your parents know that. They have been through this themselves in life. If you move out you have no phone (you have to pay for that on your own so you need $100. a mo. for that), no internet so you can't get online, no food and bed all of this is FREE now.

Why not learn to get along and go along with the household and get an after school job or job if your out of school now and start saving up some money!! You can't just leave and live under a freeway somewhere on the street. If your grounded you need to get your shhitt together now and make a goal for yourself in life. Grow up. Do it now since you want to move out - you need to be an adult if you want out
