Stats and such are server sided now, so unless you hack into treyarchs server, you are actually going to have to level up in this game. Its not hard I promise.

2. Not possible as your player data is stored on the server not your pc like it was in mw2

Its been asked about 500 times ;-)
unless one could hack into gayarchs servers which would be patched immediately or find a way to add a script into core files to update server but even if done vac would detect core file change and ban
