Earn free NX Problem

Hi, my name is Crashboy, and I was wondering if it is just me having this problem, but whenever I go to the Combat Arms website and click on Charge, and press Earn Free NX, I get an error message that says:

You have reached this page through an error.
Return to the Charge NX page.(Code:50100)

Is there any way to fix this? If anybody could tell me I would be very appreciative. I have tried using Google Chrome and Firefox, I have waited for the page to load fully, and even checked my date and time settings, and I'm running out of ideas.

Probably the ****** you're using? A lot of players have been having the same problem. It's Nexon though, so I bet they won't even bother touching it.

Or, you've done too many/ provided fake info and nexon bann't you from doing sur veys

it means that you been reported too many times for hacking and nexon blocked you from getting any nx. My suggestion is to get a new ip address.

If you have ANY kind of error going into the surv3y thing. Then it means you put in fake info and they found out and your account is blocked from doing anymore. If you do it with multiple accounts Nexon is subject to IP you from the surv3ys. Just make a new account and do the surv3ys.
