Hmm not quite sure why it's doing that. That's actually the first time i've heard about it doing that >.< umm.... you might go through and check to see if firewall is on and so on. might also try setting up perx to automatically run as administrator. Other then that, you might ask around to see if anyone else might know of a fix.
