I ran it through OllyDbg, and ran through the coding a number of times. The one way I tried it, it seemed to be infinitely looping but, I don't think that was what was happening. I ran program, it gets to a point of privileges and so I hit shift f9 to get it to move on, then comes up with a location that is 60 NOP so I'm not too sure.
