It's happened to me since the Beta. I just thought it was a normal game mechanic. It mostly happens to me whilst quickscoping and failing to switch back to a sniper and staying in the knife.

For the ones that don't really know whats going on in the video with the sniper trick/bug:

1). He scopes in with L96A1 Arctic Wolf.
2). He unscopes.
3). And while he unscopes his L96A1 Arctic Wolf, he switches to his knife.
4). He switches to his knife like 1.7 seconds before he fully unscopes with the sniper rifle.
5). So it looks like a Slow zoom out from the sniper rifle's scope.
6). And no its not a mod. It could be a bug or a trick.

I can see its a Holiday Wolf, but I prefer Arctic Wolf name better. But anyways, its basically the same thing. Arctic Holiday Wolf.
