    i saw some lag reduction tutorials and it says turn off processes except important windows processes. can you tell me what processes are important from the screenshot below: ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

    Basically, any thing that says "owner" you should be able to terminate. dont terminate any system or network files

    Uninstall everything you dont need. And don't set everything you install to run on startup. I bet you don't even look at the setup's details of whatever you install huh? It's just next>next>next>finish for ya'll huh? Be careful when you install stuff.
