You have to reinstall windows. Otherwise, you'll eventually get blue screen of death, and then you'll need a new computer.

If you get the BSOD from permanent damage to your OS you just format and reinstall.

i would do a system restore but this has been popping up for quite a while "like 4 weeks or something" and i dont have a restore point back that far but my pc is fine its just that pops up when i start it up

Use advanced uninstaller to uninstall your network and and Lan drivers which helps you to removes everything left from the registry.
Get Ccleaner and use it on you computer
Download and/or install the drivers again

Now you good to go
