Its lag, Like in black ops if u watch a kill cam and as ur getting shot u spawn u get hurt. It is kinda like that but in this case the person that spawns is getting killed not injured.

This has happened to me in Junk Flea as well but it was a nut shot. It might just be a bug in the map itself.
